• Legitimate interests: Processing for fraud prevention, security monitoring, and Platform improvement, where our legitimate interests are not overridden by your data protection rights;
• Consent: Processing for direct marketing communications, where we rely on your freely given, specific, informed, and unambiguous consent. You may withdraw this consent at any time by updating your communication preferences in your account settings or by contacting our support team.

6.Data Sharing & Disclosure

1jl does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes. We may share your personal data with the following categories of recipients, strictly on a need-to-know basis and subject to appropriate data protection safeguards:

• Payment processors: GCash, PayMaya, and partner banks, for the purpose of processing your deposits and withdrawals;

7.Data Retention

1jl retains your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law. The following general retention periods apply:

• Account and identity data: Retained for the duration of your account and for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, in compliance with PAGCOR licensing requirements and AMLA obligations;
• Financial transaction records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of the transaction, as required by the Anti-Money Laundering Act;
• Gaming activity records: Retained for a minimum of three (3) years from the date of the activity;
• Customer support communications: Retained for two (2) years from the date of the last communication;
• Marketing consent records: Retained until you withdraw consent, plus one (1) year thereafter for compliance documentation purposes;
• Technical and device logs: Retained for twelve (12) months from the date of collection.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data will be securely deleted or anonymized in accordance with 1jl's data disposal procedures.

1jl uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on the Platform to enhance your user experience, maintain session security, and analyze Platform usage. The following types of cookies are used:

• Strictly necessary cookies: Essential for the Platform to function correctly, including session management, authentication, and security. These cannot be disabled.
• Functional cookies: Remember your preferences such as language settings and display options to provide a more personalized experience.
• Analytics cookies: Collect aggregated, anonymized data about how players use the Platform, helping us identify areas for improvement. No personally identifiable information is shared with analytics providers.

We will respond to all verified requests within fifteen (15) business days of receipt. We may require you to verify your identity before processing your request.

Please note that certain rights are subject to limitations under applicable law. For example, we may be unable to delete data that we are legally required to retain under PAGCOR licensing conditions or AMLA obligations.

11.Minors & Age Restriction

The 1jl Platform is strictly intended for individuals who are 21 years of age or older, in accordance with Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations governing casino-style gaming. 1jl does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.

Age verification is a mandatory step in the 1jl account registration process. If we become aware that personal data has been collected from an individual under 21 years of age, we will take immediate steps to delete that data and close the associated account.
